Delighted to report that all 19 projects are working well and since our return from spending time over Christmas in Gambia the agreed additional work has been completed to update some of the systems.
We have now installed bigger tanks in Faraba Sutu and SambaYassin due to increased population numbers.
Just east of Barra, Sameh Esseu water system is complete and operational with the area fenced to protect the installation as you can see in the photo.

Bantanto solar panels were moved to a rooftop to be safer and more effective.
Outside our usual concentration on water systems, the committee in Mabullet ba showed us a bakery they had constructed with a pizza style oven but did not have the funds to complete the bakery .We provided 1200 stg and it is being completed

to provide bread to at least 5,000 folks in the village and surrounding areas. Just in time for Ramadan.
Jamagen and Faraba Sutu are finishing their garden fences so we can start irrigation wells .
We wanted all these jobs completed before moving onto the next villages, which are being considered based on their needs and population.

Creating the work tops.
